A high degree of emphasis will be placed on timely service, including contact with homeowner/insured, scheduling site visits, as well as report preparation and issue. We will endeavor to insure that our turn-around time is consistently comparable to, if not more timely, than other firms providing similar services. We will gladly work with clients when expedited response and turn-around time is required for specific projects.

The required scope of the assessments, including the particular questions that the client needs answered, will be determined up front. If we are unclear on any aspect of the scope, the client will be contacted for clarification prior to proceeding with any site visit, research, etc. We welcome any specific request for data or information on any project. We will be diligent in attempting to answer the tough questions (such as “age of damage”) with detail and accuracy whenever appropriate and possible.

Each project will be assessed with regard to the conditions and details unique to that particular assessment. The report will present data resulting from this individualized approach to the assessment. The reports will not be an assemblage of “canned” language use to generically address that “type” of damage.

The client will always be kept abreast of any significant status or scheduling changes with their projects. Unfortunately, on occasion projects are delayed for a variety of reasons. In the event that a delay has occurred, the client will be immediately notified and we at Crump Engineering will do whatever is necessary to get the project back on track.

We understand that damage assessment/cause and origin reports are prepared by technical professionals and then utilized by typically non-technical professionals. Consequently special attention in the report preparation is required in order to provide an effective translation that does not dilute technical data while still providing a clear and understandable presentation. We will commit the special attention to your project.
