* Settlement/subsidence evaluations are limited to an assessment of the structural damage including a determination of the existence of “Structural Damage” as defined by SS627.706(2)(k) F.S. We do not provide geological or geotechnical evaluations at this time; however, we will gladly work with geologists appointed by the client when requested.
